Key Mortgage Solutions is a mortgage originator with over 50 years experience in the finance industry, offering over 50 mortgage products from more than 40 lenders. We also have commercial business and asset finance agreements with a number of our lenders including CitiBank, ING, ANZ, BNZA, Suncorp Metway, BankWest, IMB, C'Wealth and Esanda.

Our focus is to locate the deal in the market place which best suits the client needs. All Banks and Finance companies have individual lending policies and servicing issues, we work out what's going to be of most benefit to you -- it could be the best rate, cheapest fees, loan flexibility, urgency or any other number of factors. We identify your specific needs and introduce your business to the organisation we feel best suits your needs from our extensive panel of lenders.

Our role is to assist with the completion of the finance application, gather all required information, and then liaise with the selected Bank or Finance Company to gain loan approval. We then assist with the after approval process to ensure a hassle free transaction.

We do not charge for our service -the Finance Company rebates us when we introduce the business and all advertised honeymoon rates and discounted fees are available.
